Consoles purchased BEFORE 1st October 2023: (scroll down for consoles purchased after)
EXTERNAL & INTERNAL DRIVE UPDATES - you will be required to post your external drive & console and power supply to us at your cost. It is your responsibility to send them back securely and with adequate insurance. Details of where and how to do this will be sent to you shortly after purchase via email. If you do not receive instructions within a few hours, check your spam folder or get in contact with us. Once received, it will then be updated and posted back to you within 3 working days.
 
This procedure will update your RetroBOSS console to the current specification as shown on our website (please check games lists before purchase). Your consoles internal and external drive will be wiped and flashed to the newest specification, losing any saved game data in the process.

Consoles purchased AFTER 1st October 2023:
EXTERNAL DRIVE UPDATE ONLY - If you purchased AFTER 1st October 2023 then you will only be required to post your EXTERNAL drive to us. The same procedure as above, except there is no need to post your console or power supply, just the external drive.
